A new take on development, the Rua Al Madinah project redefines the way in which people can visit the Prophet’s Mosque. Implementing a unique design, the project is built in superblocks, each constructed with gradient building heights, separated from traffic, shaded areas and interactive natural cooling, and 60m wide corridors with squares facing the yards of the mosque designed for a mesmerizing walk throughout this beautiful historical landmark.

With a total built-up area of 4.9M sqm on the 1.5M sqm of land, the project is home to 47,000 hotel rooms, 93,000 jobs, and a cumulative visitor capacity of 149,000 people per day.
