Overlooking the Red Sea, the Jeddah Central Project will develop 5.7M sqm of land and include 4 landmarks – an opera house, museum, sports stadium, and oceanarium, as well as 17,000 residential units in what is hailed as the next sustainable, ‘smart destination’ in the Kingdom.

With a 9.5km long promenade and a 2.1km long beach, the open spaces will make up 40% of the project and be a perfect spot for long walks, and waterfront entertainment including a marina, beach resorts, restaurants, cafes, and shopping options.
